Nadis are subtle channels that give movement or stream to the flow of life. These channels control our physical, emotional & spiritual health & well being. We practice yoga to reenergize, tone & purify the nadis. In this workshop, we will learn the three most significant nadis (Ida, Pingala & Sushumna Nadi) and their relationship to the seven major wheels of energy in the body, chakras.
We are excited to announce the first Yoga To You event of 2017! Alameda Yoga Studio will be hosting a series called Intro to Yoga: A 6-Week Series taught by Emma Patrick with curriculum developed by Lauren Fields in Northeast Portland, Oregon. The series will be held every Sunday from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm, starting January 22nd and ending on February 26th.
