Nadis are subtle channels that give movement or stream to the flow of life. These channels control our physical, emotional & spiritual health & well being. We practice yoga to re-energize, tone & purify the nadis. In this workshop, we will learn the three most significant nadis (Ida, Pingala & Sushumna Nadi) and their relationship to the seven major wheels of energy in the body, chakras.
This event is being held at our Alameda Yoga Studio on Saturday, April 1st from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and is DONATION-BASED.
