Yoga to You is a Yoga Alliance continuing education provider and offers up to 50 hours of training for seeking yoga teachers. Yoga for back pain and yoga for shoulder freedom and stability are courses that teachers can choose from. We also offer manual therapy techniques based in Anatomy Trains Myofascial tracks, assisted stretching and hands on assists trainings. We also offer private training in the business of yoga.
