Intro to Yoga Part 2: A 6-Week Series

Prone, Supine, & Seated Postures

This Intro to Yoga 6-Week Series is open to all, but is a great follow-up to our Intro to Yoga Series, Part 1. In this series, you will learn 15 postures (5 Prone or floor facing, 5 Supine or lying on your back, and 5 seated postures). This series will take you to your next level of yoga practice. The learned postures will create a sense of grounding and centering as they are close to the earth. All the postures will create a more flexible and healthy spine, which is the backbone of a healthy practice. 

If you sign up, you will be automatically signed up for each 75-minute class on Saturdays.
