Intro to Yoga: A 6-Week Series
This is a 6-week series designed to teach the student the fundamentals of yoga. This yoga series occurs every Saturday from 4pm-5:30pm, starting on January 4th and ending on February 8th, 2020. If you want yoga in your life and have been too nervous to try a group class at a larger studio, this small workshop is the right match for you! We will be focusing on standing postures in this 6-week series. Missed classes cannot be made up or exchanged, so please ensure that you can commit to all of the dates.
