Prerequisite: 200-Hour RYT

This short and focused training is designed to help yoga teachers feel confident, skilled, and safe when offering hands-on assists in group classes.

In this 3-hour session, you’ll:

  • Learn the 10 most common posture assists that can be offered safely and efficiently during class.

  • Watch live demonstrations and visual presentations that break down each assist with clarity and care.

  • Partner up for guided, hands-on practice to refine your technique and build confidence in real time.

You’ll receive a comprehensive handbook with photos and notes for each assist, PowerPoint visuals, and a certificate of completion upon finishing the course.

This training will help you keep students safe, supported, and eager to return—building trust and connection through mindful touch
