Hi there! I’m a certified yoga instructor living in the stunning Pacific Northwest. As a true rainy-day girl, I find comfort in the simple joys of curling up with a good book and sipping a warm cup of tea. My personal yoga practice, which includes journaling, meditation, and movement, is my way of staying grounded and connected in a busy modern world.
Certified in Hatha/Vinyasa yoga, I also teach and enjoy restorative practices. My teaching style is to offer both gentle practices for tuning into the body balanced with powerful postures to center a busy mind. I’m passionate about guiding others. I feel at home guiding the transformative power of breath, movement, and mindfulness.
