Prerequisite: 200-Hour RYT
This short and focused training is designed to help yoga teachers feel confident, skilled, and safe when offering hands-on assists in group classes.
In this 3-hour session, you’ll:
Learn the 10 most common posture assists that can be offered safely and efficiently during class.
Watch live demonstrations and visual presentations that break down each assist with clarity and care.
Partner up for guided, hands-on practice to refine your technique and build confidence in real time.
You’ll receive a comprehensive handbook with photos and notes for each assist, PowerPoint visuals, and a certificate of completion upon finishing the course.
This training will help you keep students safe, supported, and eager to return—building trust and connection through mindful touch
