Whether you’re balancing on a board at sunrise or stretching on a shaded dock, our experienced instructors meet you where you are, all levels welcome.

Lauren Bielenberg has been holding weekend retreats for over six years. She lovingly prepares homemade meals and treats, shares her signature Heart Led Strength + Flow class, and enjoys creating space for meaningful connection among like-minded humans.

Meet Lauren Fields
Lauren Fields, owner of Yoga to You PDX has been teaching SUP yoga since 2015. She has led three SUP Yoga Teacher Trainings and taught hundreds of classes throughout Washington and Oregon. She is Safety and Rescue certified and her inclusive classes are especially welcoming for beginners.
