About Yoga To You PDX

For over 10 years, Yoga To You PDX has been bringing yoga directly to people where they live, work, and gather. What started as a simple idea has grown into Portland’s premier mobile yoga experience, built on accessibility, personalization, and community.
Founded by advanced instructor Lauren Fields, Yoga To You PDX was created to remove the barriers of traditional studios and reimagine how yoga fits into everyday life. Instead of asking clients to come to us, we bring everything needed for a seamless, elevated experience, anywhere.
From living rooms and office spaces to rooftops, retreats, and even paddleboards on the water, we meet people where they are both physically and personally.
Over the past decade, Yoga To You PDX has partnered with leading organizations and local communities across the Pacific Northwest, including Nike, the Portland Trail Blazers, Reed College, and a wide range of businesses and private clients.

Lauren Fields

Yoga To You PDX is led by founder and advanced instructor Lauren Fields, whose vision has shaped the company into the Pacific Northwest’s premier mobile yoga experience.
With over a decade of experience teaching and building community through movement, Lauren brings a deeply personal and intentional approach to every aspect of the business. Her philosophy is rooted in accessibility, creating spaces where people of all levels feel welcomed, supported, and empowered in their practice.
Lauren’s expertise extends beyond traditional yoga instruction. She is the creator of The Fields Method, a unique approach that blends functional movement, mindfulness, and alignment-based practices to support both physical performance and overall well-being. Her work emphasizes not just how movement looks, but how it feels, prioritizing longevity, strength, and connection to the body.
