The Alameda Yoga Studio is a boutique yoga studio is located in the heart of the Beaumont-Alameda neighborhood in Portland and is part of the Yoga to You PDX private offerings.
The studio is for students who desire private classes away from their homes.
The studio is available to rent for yoga teachers and other health practitioners.

We accept individuals who are looking to make a change. This program is for dedicated people who would like a guide and support system as they learn this modality and how to connect back to their body.
How long are the classes?
60-75 minutes unless specified otherwise

How often do you accept students?
We offer consults all year. Once accepted, you will begin with your teacher at either the winter or summer term. Winter term starts in December and ends in May. Summer term starts in July and ends in October. Students may be able to stay on for another term; this will be discussed with your teacher.
How does the program work?
Students are accepted by the owner, Lauren Fields, based on the information gained from the free consult. Once accepted, the student will be guided and taught for one term. The goal is to teach the student how to use their body to their fullest capability while learning how to practice safely within their natural limits. This is a transformative commitment and only 8 students per teacher are accepted in December and in July of each year.
What should I bring?
Bring yourself, a yoga mat, and a bottle of water. We will take care of everything else you will need.
How many people will be in my class?
Up to 2 students (unless otherwise requested)
When should I arrive for the class?
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start time of the class (studio classes only)
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation, payment, and commitment details are discussed upon acceptance into the winter or summer term.
